We will be restructuring Proxycurl, the product, under Proxycurl LLC, a US-based holding company, in the coming weeks. The restructuring exercise is an administrative restructuring, and the ownership and management will remain the same.
Our invoices will come under Proxycurl LLC's letterhead moving forward. In addition, all contracts under Nubela Pte Ltd also will be transferred to Proxycurl LLC.
Proxycurl's Enterprise customers will need to update the recipient bank account details. For other users, nothing needs to be done on your end.
