The customer support staff at Nubela can help you change your email address. However, it is not a direct change. What we can do is to transfer credits from one account to another. We are not able to help you move over
- the credit cards added to the original account
- the API key
If you are fine with just moving credits, this is how we can proceed:
- Register a new account with your new email address here.
- Send an email with the original address to [email protected] requesting the transfer of credits.
- We will move half of the credits over to your new account so you can apply the API key in your new account to your application.
- Send us another email when you have transferred the API key to your application.
- We will move the rest of the credits over to your new account.
