What's Proxycurl's Refund Policy?

Proxycurl API

In general, we will refund you if you accidentally purchase credits and spend at most 10 of them. Refunds are granted once per customer.

There are three scenarios in which a refund will be provided:

  1. A new order has been made (e.g. you bought too many a la carte credits or accidentally signed up for too expensive of a plan), and you used at most 10 credits.
  2. An annual subscription has been inadvertently renewed, and you used at most 10 credits.
  3. Auto top-up is enabled, and you made a query forgetting it was enabled. If you consumed at most 10 credits, you can request a refund.
    • Please be careful enabling auto top-up!

In all cases above, you must request the refund within 48 hours of the charge. To request a refund, email [email protected].

If you qualify for a refund and are on a 12 month contract under our monthly plan, then your 12 month contract will automatically be annulled.
