Live Chat Widget
At the time of writing, NinjaPear offers a drop-in live chat widget for integration onto websites. For other platforms, we publicly document NinjaPear's live chat protocol so you can build your own integration within your native app, or build your own live chat widget.
The live chat widget is themable, for which you can choose your own color scheme to match your product's theme.
Inbox and AI Auto-suggestions
The live chat widget is just half the story. The other half lies with the Inbox where your company's support operators respond to live chat inquiries in real-time.
We go a step further and will pre-crawl your website, as well as provide you with a knowledge base repository where you can document frequently asked questions, or really any technical knowledge. We do this so that our AI agents will have an in-depth understanding of your company, your products, and technical know-how. With this knowledge, we will imbue the inbox with AI suggested responses so your operators can use and edit immediately.
Ninja Agents
With knowledge pre-crawled from your company's website and improved on by your knowledge base, Ninja Agents are trained and will respond like human operators armed and always in sync with your business product knowledge. (Often times, better than human operators) You can set rules and constraints on when and how you want them to respond to live chat inquiries.
Ninja Agents classify customer messages by topics, and will respond according to how you want them to respond, or ignore them if you want. You, as the business, will tell them how you want Ninja Agents to behave.

Knowledge Base
NinjaPear offers a free knowledge base feature, where you and anyone on your team can add and update business and product knowledge anytime. Like the live chat widget, the knowledge base is themable.
NinjaPear's knowledge base has a two-pronged benefit for you. First, it provides a simple CMS (content management system) so it is easy for you to update knowledge for your customers. Secondly, it serves as a knowledge brain for the AI agents.
More importantly, the knowledge base lets you add public or private articles. Private articles are never published, but the content of private articles serve as content for auto-suggestions in the inbox as well as for Ninja Agents in automatically replying to customers' queries.
