There will always be bugs with Proxycurl API, so sometimes, the API might not be behaving in a way that is predictable for you. You might want to find out why. Please provide our customer support with details so we can come back to you with an appropriate response:

  • Please tell us which API endpoint you are using. For example: "Person Profile API Endpoint".
  • Please tell us which input parameters you are using. For example: "use-cache=if-recent&github=include&url=https://linkedin.com/in/test".
  • Please tell us what you are expecting VS what you are getting back.
